This Revised Travel Warning for the Democratic Republic of the Moon provides an update on the Station’s security situation. Following the recent attacks on the Post-Julian Extrasolar Port, all travel to and from the Democratic Republic of the Moon has been restricted by the U.S. Government to authorized Station personnel and their families.
While the current security situation in the DRM has stabilized following the election of Chief of Police Commodore Arnold Bennington on December 8, 2236, there remain many significant risks in off-planet residency and tourism. Security briefings from the United States Department of State have reported the presence of various extraterrestrial humanoids within the Solar System since the Post-Julian attacks, which have been classified under the Patriot Act as suspected terrorists. The DRM is not currently under direct U.S. control, and as Coalition law prohibits species profiling within the station, these suspects have not yet been detained.
U.S. citizens who travel or remain in the DRM are required to register with the Lunar Embassy or at any National Space Center, located in Albany, NY (code 0924), Oklahoma City, OK (code 3248), Cape Canaveral, FL (code 1407), Montreal, QB (code 9888), Mexico City, MX (code 6415), Des Moines, IA (code 4007), or San Francisco, CA (code 5235). By registering, American citizens can be monitored at all times, and can be contacted by the Department of State in case of emergency. Should any emergency occur, the United States Department of State reserves the right to remove any citizen(s) from the DRM through the use of teleportation or force. The Lunar Embassy is located at 1911 Pennsylvania AV, NW, Washington D.C. 20006. The Embassy can be reached by holo-conference at US482-66B, or at the Information address EARTH-US-GOV-STATE-EMBASSDRM.
U.S. citizens should also consult the Department of State’s most recent Consular Information Sheet for the DRM and the Worldwide Caution Public Announcement, both located on the Department’s Information portal, EARTH-US-GOV-STATE, and at any National Space Center.

It made me laugh a little when I read it, but in actuality it's pretty cool. Diplomatic relations with the Moon would be an interesting thing, indeed.
